1. Terms & Conditions

At Deshika Consulting, we believe in building trust through transparency. Our Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure clarity and alignment, safeguarding both our clients and our consulting practices. Below are the key elements of our policy:

  • i ) Termination and Cancellation: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice of 90 days. In the event of termination, the Client shall compensate the Consultant for services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Any additional penalties or fees shall be governed by the terms mutually agreed upon in the service agreement.
  • ii ) Liability and Indemnification: The Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of services. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Consultant from any claims, damages, or losses incurred due to the Client's actions or failure to act in accordance with this Agreement.
  • iii ) Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.

2. Privacy Policy

Our consultants are dedicated to safeguarding Client information in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable international regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Key aspects of our Privacy Policy include:

  • i ) Data Collection and Use: Personal data collected during the engagement is used solely for providing consulting services, improving client experience, and fulfilling legal obligations.
  • ii ) Data Security: Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
  • iii ) Third-Party Sharing: Client data is not shared with third parties unless required by law or with explicit client consent.
  • iv ) Data Access and Control: Clients have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data, as well as to withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
